Mislead!

<p>I picked up a rental vehicle from Avis and Dave said I can return the rental vehicle at any Avis at no cost. The vehicle was picked up from Durban central. I then went to return the vehicle yesterday at Umhlanga Avis and was told I will be charged for dropping the vehicle off there. U was also told by Dave that the fuel will cost me R432.00 which will be a fixed rate but the guy at Avis in Umhlanga said if the fuel cost more then he will charge me more. I was absolutely shocked for words. This was the first and last time I use Avis! I wish the conversation was recorded between Dave and I to back me up on what type of information I was given. I would like to speak to a manager incharge. And I was told it will take another 6 working days for my deposit to be refunded which is ridiculous!!! NEVER AGAIN</p>
