Shocking service. Got a scratched up car,pointed out scratches upon collection of the car and we were told it’s fine and to go. Take the car back to then be accused of the damage we pointed out. The ONE time I don’t take photos because we had already reported it. I don’t know if this is how they make their money,by ****ming people because with the car we got,they’re definitely not using it to fix the cars. It’s shocking. Word to the wise,when you report damage,take a photo of the person you’re reporting to next to the damage so they can’t go back on their word,seeing as this is how they operate. You should be ashamed of yourselves. We used Avis often,never again and I’ll make sure to let friends and family know of this too. ****mers
