Terrible company, real corporate ****mers. Last month, I rented a car from them at OR Tambo and returned it two weeks later. When I was picking up the car, they asked if I needed waivers, and I firmly declined. However, when the invoice came, they had added the waivers to my final amount, along with the car rental price. Upon noticing this, I called them over three weeks ago to request a refund of nearly R2,000. They have stopped answering my calls and are not responding to my emails. Stay away from this company.
