I rented and returned a car on 8th September. I have not received my deposit to date. Avis is insisting that money was released on 17th September to take between 5-7 days. I sent them a bank statement which is up to 5th October which indicates that there is no money released from their side. After I sent them a statement they decided to ignore me completely.
