Listed on Credit Bureau
I was involved in an accident whereby a neighbour damaged the car that I was renting. I duly informed AVIS and also went to the police station to report the accident.
I was given an acknowledgement of debt form which I signed and sent back, agreeing to pay six months installment until October 2015. To my suprise I found that I have been listed on the credit bureau though I have been paying and sending payment confirmation emails to AVIS.

Is this the way to treat your customers, make them believe there is an agreement in place but rush to credit bureaus to tarnish their records.
