***** and theives

I hired a car on January the 15th for a day and I still haven’t recieved my refund yet!

I keep asking them about it and they keep telling me they have already released the funds but when I check in my account and when I ask the credit card department at FNB they say there is no such.

They keep sending me from pillar to post and it seems by the looks of other reviews here this is definitely something they are used to doing.

I strongly suggest that you don’t hire a car from this rental agency. They will either charge you for damages caused by someone else or they won’t return your deposit. If you’re really unlucky they might do both!
