Let down by Avis!

I was stranded at a panel beater shop this morning for an hour and 15mins after many phone calls to get the vehicle that was promised to me. First Avis allocated the request to Menlyn, Jhb while I am in Pietermaritzburg and then I had to phone around to try to get Outsurance to sort it out with Avis. Eventually I get the car. Surprise - the air vents only blow hot air - this can only be toned down by the aircon and I then find a random shoe under the seat. The car radio has no way of working other than through bluetooth or USB - no radio stations - nothing. I am really disappointed with this service and now I have to drive this car for another 2 weeks until our repair is done. I expect a replacement vehicle that 1) does not blow hot air and 2) have a radio and 3) does not have random items stashed in the back. This is really poor service. Your urgent feedback is expected.
