Left stranded with no Roadside Support

I had a breakdown on my way back to Isando at the end of a trip to Kgalagadi. No Roadside assistance was provided by Avis. Ihad to get AA to load the vehicle and take it to the next town. I had to rent and pay an Avis Car rental car to be able to get to OR Tambo. From breakdown to receiving the car took 7 hours.
