Laziness of attendees in parking area

Not super happy that we had to run after attendees to check for car damage when we collected the car from King Shaka now. We've rented from you for many years and never experienced this before. They were all sitting under a shady tent just chilling and we had to drive to them. We're used to somebody coming to us to help us check for damage. Now instead I had to walk all the way to the tent where 6 of them were just chatting. When I asked one of them why didnt come assist he just laughed at my question. Please fix this. We will stop renting from you if this is the service we should expect.
