lack of response
Hired a car on the 4 Mar '15. Charged for \damage"to vehicle.<br> No correspondence from Avis in this regard. Billed me about R1820 for this this. <br> <br> Numerous correspondences from me to Avis have not received any responses.<br> <br> To add some clarity to the matter - when the car was returned"
