Lack of communication

I tried booking a Quantum 15 seater bus for the 6th of December. I first submitted an enquiry on the19th of November via the website but did not get any feedback or confirmation. I decided to contact Avis Van Rental Rustenburg on the 22nd of November to follow up. I was informed that they would get back to me by the 25th of November and let me know. They did not get back to me so I phoned them again and got told to speak to another individual who would organize the van for me. I did this and he then said he would get back to me on the 28th of November. He did not do so. I phoned the office who gave me his number when i contacted him he told me to phone the office back and speak to someone else. I eventually contacted the Avis help line who then phoned Avis Van Rental Rustenburg. After all this I was told that it would not be possible. Its incredibly frustrating to be strung along for two weeks having to continuously follow up with different individuals and getting passed around and at the end of the day I still could not secure a booking.
