Im renting a car from Avis, the ad stated that the only holding deposit they are taking is the petrol amount of which they charged me R610 for so my total amount would be around R7110, to my suprise today when i went to extend my rental Im now being charged R11800. no communication whatsoever, mind you they are still advertising the rental with only the fuel amount as a deposit. This is firstly false advertising because the advert does not say anything about holding deposit of R5300 which i had to pay today. This is *** service and I want my money back.
