Just doesn't return deposit
I rented a vehicle through Outsurance from Avis on 22 June. I returned the vehicle on 30 June. Since then I have been battling to get them to give back my deposit. After numerous phone calls they still have not given my deposit back. I paid via debit card and they need to release it. They are pathetic!!!
