I've never received my deposits in 2 instances of car hire with Avis.

I've had bad experience with this company 2 times. The first was in September 2017 when I hired the car with CPT International airport (Avis). I returned the car scratch free with a full tank but I didn't receive my deposit back. I was taught to speak with my bank who said they haven't received any authorisation from the company to reverse the money. Again in 2020 January it happened with Richard's Bay until today i never received the funds into my account. When i enquire i was taught to speak to my bank until i gave up cause i was highly pregnant and i had no time to attend the issue promptly. Avis Car Rentals are a huge ****.
