IS THIS A BREACH OF THE CPA & VAT ACT??

AVIS charges are more than quoted on the AVIS/Multiply website & later confirmed via email! Misleading pricing is a breach of CPA, but AVIS has failed to address written complaints. <br> AVIS/Multiply IT department should attend to problems on this portal: no confirmation is generated on the site at time of confirming - the system 'hangs'- When emailed confirmations are later received, charges are considerably higher than those quoted. Confirmation does not detail costs - only total \Estimated cost"is stated.<br> Multiply discount is clearly stated on AVIS/Multiply portal at start of booking process"
