Is it ***** from Avis?
it is now the second time in a space of 2 months. I rented a vehicle in Cape Town and when I returned it, I filled up at the garage nearby. I then drop the vehicle off with a full tank and requested a pro forma invoice which was provided. I then later receive an invoice where they are charging me a refuel of less than R20.00 and a refueling fee only to make money from my credit card. It is really not my problem that you take the vehicle to the depot and then go to the garage to fill up, your reckless Avis drivers are the ones using up the fuel that I poured. This is ***** in the making if you ask me.
