Irresponsible company

We got notified that the canopy of our rented bakkie cannot be locked only when we were ready to occupy the car! Does this company really think that renting out a car that cannot be locked, not letting the custumers know in advance and do not provide at least a lock is a fair attitude? Oh, and all of these happened in Johannesburg that I think makes things even worse. Please be more responsible Avis.
