Ineffective / unprofessional business (business model and web service stuck in 1960)

Impossible to get invoices (web service does not work). Cannot reach anybody at the call centre (probably as a result of all the business inefficiencies), call gets cut off after a while. The advertised benefit of getting a free or discounted rental every 5th time does not work.
