Incorrect invoice
They add services to the invoice, when I enquire what this is for, the enquiry has been forwarded to Port Alfred branch but they don't reply, just taking your money

Kindly be advised that you were billed for a Hail Damage Waiver which as per the signed Rental Agreement, you opted and signed for.

13 Oct 2025, 09:18I have never requested for the hail damage waiver. I also did not get a printout to see what I supposedly signed for. The staff prepared the agreement and turned the screen around for ne to do an online sign. He never explained the optional services they have added to the contract. I had a super waiver added to my contract when I initially booked the car and never asked for anything optional.
I think people should be made aware of this.
