Incorrect Information provided
I booked a rental vehicle with Avis and when I collected the vehicle I was told that my deposit will be paid back within 48 hours after the vehicle has been returned. When I phoned the call center today I was told it is 7 working days. This is really bad service. There are people that wait for their deposit back as they need it. Don't tell someone that you will receive your money back in 48 hours when that is not the case. If it is 7 working days PLEASE be upfront about it!!!!
