INCORRECT DEPOSIT RETURNED

On the 23rd march i rented a card from Avis at the Capetown international airport. i returned the card on the 25th march in the same condition i found it and full tank. surprisingly when Avis returned my deposit they have charged me r555 for petrol while i had returned their car with full tank. i emailed Avis for more than three times with no response or what so ever but their impersonal pathetic automated messages. i then called Avis on the 5th April and was promised to be contacted within three days to receive my funds which was never done as well. Avis reaps off clients who supports them and their service is **********. AVIS PAY ME BACK MY MONEY! you guys better call me ********** 438
