Incorrect charged for days, deduct money without any invoice sent to me, deducted money again, without any consent

<p>I had a claim at Outsurance, and Avis gave me a car. pick up18/01/17 at 17:00 and drop off on 20/02/17. They over charged me, they even acknowledge that, promise to refund me, and gues what,they went again and deduct money from account.I use my airtime, workphone to phone Outsurance cause they gave me the car through Avis. Who's o blame!</p>
