Incorrect Billing Sorted in Minutes

I took a car through my Insurance as a courtesy car, and never included the tyre and Windscreen waiver however when I checked if there is any billing on my card I was told that they going to charge me for the WDW Waiver. I went to a branch at O.R Tambo and I assisted in Minutes, the n I received an Email from Robyn saying that I have been credited and will see the credit in 5 to 7 Business days.
