Incompitance in customer service at Avis budget

I've had such a bad experience with Avis budget if it's not hustles with deposit being realesed it's money being deducted from my account and being given explanations that don't make sense I recently rented from them and the deducted money from my account causing my account to be overdrawn and I've been given such bad service trying to find out what transpired.
