Absolute atrocious service, bordering on *****. I rented a car though them (Via Miway claim) about 3 weeks ago and returned the car week befor last on the Thursday. They informed me that the deposit will be paid bacm between 5 and 7 days. Well guess what, Im still waiting and all that the consultants can say is they will "escalate" it and I have tonwait 24 to 48 hours.... ***? That after this much time? If the car hire was not through my insurance, id never use avis any wau.
