I dropped off my car this morning at 9 am at Auto Spray Panel Beaters Pretoria and had an appointment made by Koketso from outsurance to receive delivery of the coutersey car at 9h30 from Avis Pretoria by one of their drivers. I waited for an hour and a half for the driver.Lerato from Avis tried to call me around 10h05, at the time I was on the line with outsurance so I missed her call. <br> <br> I tried calling the number as soon as I saw the missed call and it just rang continuously. The ladies from Auto Spray also tried to call Avis from their land line since I had run out out air time and battery. The line was just ringing without an answer.Eventually one of the ladies tried the 0800... number and got through and they managed to assist her.<br> <br> The driver showed up at 10h30 , an hour late .He processed the paper work and put through a transaction of R 1250 deposit on my credit card. I received an sms for this amount and later after charging my phone I received another sms for the amount of R1840 ref : Avis management Serv LVIRGINIA. I would like to know why am I being charged this R1840 for .<br> <br> I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Avis, it's really pathetic.
