Incompetence: Needs Training.
Even lower than 1 star!!!! POOR SERVICE indeed, I am being harassed before I even receive the correct information? The agent I dealt with Manase Sebate firstly spelt his/her surname wrong on the text I was sent that there was an outstanding payment. I am a very good Avis customer and in this third instance of bad customer service, as a consumer was ****** of the right to be informed, heard and choose? Bad customer service totally failing on the part of communication, empathy, accuracy and building rapport.
To cut the long story short I receive an SMS on the 29 October 2019 to pay an outstanding balance in 7 days I request an invoice because it was so high in relation to what I anticipated it would be after all I have the right to know what I am paying for. I am called 3 days later by Manase "Sebata"in a very impatient and rude call to follow up I request an invoice be sent to me, I am not disputing the payment I just need to know and understand why the price is so high? Firstly Manase takes the wrong email address and does not even check if I received the invoices????? I do not receive the invoices for the longest time because Manase Sebata has sent them to the incorrect address and what makes this worse is that on response to the escalation of this issue a whole SUPERVISOR Marcel does not check again to see if the invoices were sent to the correct address and just bolts emails to further harass me!!! What puzzles me even further is apparently on the 30 October 2019 I had been handed over to credit collectors after being informed about 7 days to pay this is bull? I have been harassed by Credit works daily and a this is ruining my record and is utter ******* from a customer service perspective. I am done with Avis and I will ensure that people know of all the incompetence and bad service I have experienced word of mouth can do a lot for a business!
