Incompetence at CRITICAL time.

I will NEVER use AVIS in my lifetime and am hereby lodging a campaign against Avis and I will ensure I get as many people as possible to join my campaign. I arranged a rental vehicle for my wife that had to take her mother (whom cannot walk and is in a wheelchair) to her mother's brother's funeral and Avis managed to ***** this up totally, with no way or time to recover at a time when she had to leave to get to the funeral. We cannot get this time back. not anything anyone can do can reverse the clock and correct the actions, not even for all the money in the world. But this morning when I needed Avis to come to the party and had no time to debate the point, they dropped me completely.
