Incapable employees

Avis car rental montana must be checked,got a dirty car with some live maggots in ,the Avis employee didn't have any paper except my lease agreement,so as I went thru all the marks his answer was only "it's cosmetic" on return date Nobby was there to collect and sign of on the car ,only letting me know I should leave the car at the place they normally collect later,(whilst there where enough Avis employees around to help, it's not my job was the reply) So after a couple of hours I got a call from avis stating that I caused the damage, wake up train your employees, they are costing me money and this isn't the first time either
