In desperate need of my money(Deposit)

I’m writing another complaint hoping it will be attended to by someone who will assist me. I am really desperate for my money(deposit) I have waited for long enough and yet im the only one doing a follow up. No update from avis. Please help me get my deposit back I returned the car on the 4th of January, I call everyday and I am being told to wait for days for feedback. Still Nothing. Im tired (RA***)
