Improper deduction of my money by AVIS RENT A CAR

Rental agreement number *** bears reference.

To my shock, R5 303.12 was debited off my account by Avis Rent A Car whereas on the occasions that I took cars from Avis besides the tyre puncture and windscreen chip, upon inspection there were not scratches or dents identified. Moreover the afore-mentioned damages i.e. tyre puncture and windscreen chip are covered under the extra cover that I took when entering into the rental contract. There was an instance after a day or so of returning the white 3 series BMW, I was informed that a scratch was discovered which was a surprise considering that when I was dropping the car off, no scratch had been discovered. Obviously, this is suspicious because anything may happen from when I drop the car off and whatever else takes place thereafter.

Therefore, it comes as a shock that I am indebted to Avis and without prior warning, I am st********** my money!
