Impossible to get Invoice for rental

End November / early December I made 4 rental contracts with Avis Umhlanga during a 2 week period.<br> After no success in obtaining invoices for the rental agreements despite requesting same on email - and further despite sending their accounts dept. copies of the rental agreements - they tell me some of the rental contracts are invalid - Go figure..... <br> In addition despite asking Avis to title the invoices with my company name hey have been unable to do this either on the two invoices they managed to provide.<br> Not sure what the problem is but incapacity, obstructive, no inclination to work are descriptions that come to my mind. ...... Avoid Avis if you need an invoice can be my only conclusion - Europcar , Bidvest and a range of others will give you an invoice without the fuss
