Imaginary damage

If I could give this company a negative review, I would, the gautrain branch gave me a brand new car to use as per my insurance package, when I returned the vehicle there were no issues with the car only to me sent a voice message a few days later saying they found a scratch on the bonnet. They didn't provide me with proof of the damage. I feel ******, have any of you guys experienced this? because I feel like this may not be the first time they have done this!!
