******* charge on credit card

after an accident my insurance got an avis car for me, i just had to give an R1200 fuel dep, on both instances they *******ly deducted funds from credit cards, the first one was even on my wife one who took possession of the 1st car, which was in my name and replaced the next day due to it being broken. i called friday morning and spoke to cheral from the cape town branch, after getting no feedback i followed up at 3pm and she said milton was investigating the matter, i asked to speak to the branch manager roweda but she was to busy and never returned any calls, milton phone me just after 4 to confirm and said only the manager can check in on some specifics, until now, no one has phoned me back, they *******ly deducted funds from my credit card without authorization. i am very very unhappy about this matter and now i am not even getting proper attention on this. really shocked and disappointing.<br> <br>
