Idiot Matt Roux from Avis Grand Central

Avis, well here is an odd one. The collection was easy. The drop off was horrible, I got to deal with a ******s who says I have to go and drop off the key inside even though this is not policy. I come to him and ask him after asking for clarity. The rude little boy smirks and says well, I ask him for his name and he goes well its Matt Rocks, I look at him and go let me see your tag, he still doesn't give me his tag hives me his license.

This so called Matt Roux is highly disrespectful and disrespectful towards customers. He thinks so little of people because I am certain he would not have treated another customer of a different race. I am so sick and tired of ****** and disrespect. I am going to be really following up. People need to stop treating people badly. Its disgusting and not necessary
