I WILL NEVER USE AVIS AGAIN

I will never use Avis again, nor will I ever recommend Avis!

I have rented out vehicles from Avis for approximately 6 weeks now on a weekly basis. I am struggling to get clear information on what is owed to me from my deposits. I have not received any of my deposits yet. I have emailed and called and also gone to the offices but no one seems to want to assist. The one rental was for a month. I paid for this rental but unfortunately had to cancel it. This was four weeks ago and still I have not received my money back. We are not talking about one rental that may have slipped the system, we talking about 5. I called the head office on Friday to speak to some one in a higher position. I was told that they were in a meeting. To this day no one has called me back.

I am very disappointed and will never use Avis again!

Last week on Wednesday I rented a vehicle from Tempest for 2 days. I have already received the invoice and the deposit was paid back to me already in my account.
