I will never ever rent a car from Avis again

I specifically booked a VW Polo, and paid extra for it. But instead got a Suzuki Swift. My invoice was almost R1000 more than what they quoted for. Much more expensive that the other car rental agencies.

We are not interested in giving you any information. You should have been honest from the start. We will never use Avis again and certainly will report this in terms of the consumers protection act.
