I went to Avis Ormonde on the 20/01/2025 to get my courtesy car so I had to pay R2000 for me to get the car I paid the R2000 while waiting for them to do my paper for me to sign another transaction of R3155 went off I made them aware what had happened and the guy by the name of mandla said they have been having this problem not to worry he will reverse the amount of R 3155 back to my account by 12:00 mid-day the money will be back into my account and now I have followed up nothing has been done till now and now he is telling me to go to the bank instead of reversing my money back to my account. I need help in getting my money back to my account.
