I want my refund
I rented a car on the 22nd until the 23rd of August at King Shaka international airport, I am due for a refund of R3500, surprisingly when I check my bank statement on the 24th the transaction is not pending but has been banked by Avis which means I won't be getting my refund back, I sent emails to the them to find out what is happening and received auto reply that I will receive a response within 48 hours, 48 hours has passed, I tried calling and their numbers are not going through, Avis please refund my money back!

Kindly note that your rental was returned on the 24th of Aug, the refund process takes 10-15 working days, the refund was processed back to your card ending with XX9768 on the 27th of Aug, the amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank.
