I want my R10.000 deposit ?????

Worst service ********,I want my money,What's wrong with you people,on the24 of July we took as car and paid R10.000 deposit,and also R4000.we returned the car on the 28th of July ,they deducted their money from the R 4000 returned R1300.

They never returned theR10.000 , they've been sending us from pillar to post,they blamed the bank,,went to the bank,the bank said Avis are the ones suppose to realise funds, I've missed to pay my bond because of this nonsense,I regret using this company I'm so irritated and mad,I'll never make mistake of renting their cars,Im warning everyone thinking of renting a car at Avis,Just don't you will regret it.I want my money.
