I want my money back please I've been begging you guys to give me my money this is wrong

Avis owes me 3 pending deposits from March, they have promised to action this long ago but what's happening why they haven't paid me back my money . Grand Central in Midrand Avis is poor in service and OR Tambo says they can't help I must call the grand central those guys Don puck up the calls or the line is always busy.

15 days is over and where I'd my money why can't you release back my funds
