I want my money back

So how long does it take you to return the money after the car has been returned? I totally do not understand that now I have run after you for my money. The car was returned on the 9th, it's 10 days later, the money is still not back. what the hell?

I called earlier this week the guy said it takes 3 days, how many three days have passed since?
