I WANT MY DEPOSIT MONEY BACK

My insurance company hired a courtesy car from Avis for me to use for a month. I was required to pay a R1 200.00 deposit on collection of the car, and I was told the money would be refunded in 7 working days after return if the car is in the condition I got it in. A few days before the return date, Avis kept on sending me an influx of messages about returning the car on time. I did return the car on the 15th of April 2015. I did an inspection with the Avis guy and the car was fine and I returned it with a full tank of petrol. It's been a month now, I'm still waiting for my money. I am being inconvenienced as I use my airtime, my time and my effort and everytime I'm told it will take 2 working days for my money to be returned. I've been more than patient with these people and it's so annoying right now. <br> I just WANT MY MONEY BACK
