I shall NEVER use AVIS again

When booking a vehicle online with AVIS, NEVER EVER MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. My licence expired literally a few days ago. I did not see this. Yes, this is my fault, but I telephoned their call centre immediately upon being told at Avis Green Acres they can not give me my rental car for the day. Not only was I left stranded with no vehicle and with no support offered from the staff, I was then told by the call centre account department that I won’t be refunded any money, NOT EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND!!! Luc****y there are more and better car rental agencies to choose from, with much better service, and prices! I shall never use AVIS again!
