I rent a car with them,they debit R7000 as deposit

I rent a car with this company,they hold deposit of R7000 from my bank account.When I return the car they must release that amount to my account.But they are saying to me that they do not have the money on they are side.I did made some calls to customer service but also they do not helped me.So I want to say this to all the people out there be carefull with this company as they have bot resolved my problem.They have ****** me.

I am having a problem with Avis.I rented a car from 23-26December.They charged me R3815.But They debit twice from my account.And this matter ever since January has not been resolved.And I need them to give me my money cause I only rented the ones not twice
