I don't have a car and I'm not the one to refund you

They don't even deserve the single star I have rated them. Booked and paid for a vehicle collection in Musina. She said she doesnt have the car I booked. I asked what happens to the money I paid because I need to make an alternative arrangement. Then she said all she knows is she doesnt have the vehicle and she is not the one to refund. What an attitude without any effort to assit. Even offered to collect a vehicle from Polokwane. She was just not willing to assist in any way. What an inconvinience and lack of appreciation and acknowledgement.
