How long does it take to get a Refund?

I hired a vehicle ND768843 under booking reference ***1 from Avis OR Tambo Airport for use over 2 days from Friday 30 Jan 2015 and Saturday 31 Jan 2015. The booking and collection went smoothly bar a slight issue regarding the holding deposit confirmed by the Call Centre differing from the amount I was billed on collection. I returned the vehicle on time, cleaned with a full tank of fuel. <br> <br> The problem is I have not received my refund and 5 days have lapsed since I have returned the vehicle. No one in the call centre seems to know when I will get it back and a \manual override"was submitted on Tues 03 Feb which was supposed to ensure that I get the refund in 24 hours.
