How long does confirmation take after my money has been deducted from my account

<p>I must say I never really use Avis because of an experience I had there a while ago. I was however forced to use your service as the only rental company where I am currently residing. As could be expected Avis is giving me grey hair again. I booked for a vehicle yesterday the 29/03/2017. The money was deducted from my banking account till now I have not recieved a booking confirmation. Now I need to understand 1. what do I take when I go to the agency tomorrow with no reservation number? 2. I called your call centre yesterday and spoke to a Queen who said the confirmation process will take 24 hours, urgently need confirmation as I need to organise something else should Avis feel they can not guve a vehicle for the weekend. Please note that this is my money and should I need to make other means I need to find out today, and also get my money back today. </p>
