Horrible service from Avis Randburg

I was to receive a rental from Avis the morning of the 19 November 2019, Avis had advised that the vehicle will be delivered to the Panel beaters by 08h30, I waited for the car and ended up getting a lift from the panel beaters, it happens that the Avis personel messed up details and sent drivers to incorrect delivery places, the person that messed it up could not even apologize and the other front desk person is so rude with a terrible attitude, got on the phone with my insurance as i couldn't deal with that Randburg Avis circus and asked if they could get me a vehicle from another car rental partner and they advised that at this time they only deal with Avis, which I will be logging a complaint with them, we trust our ensurers to put us in the best hands and they send us to places like this!!!
