Horrible service from AVIS
It’s been over 2 weeks since I’ve returned their vehicle and I still haven’t received my refund. What makes me angry is the fact that I called on Tuesday and the consultant promised to call me back after being put on hold for the longest time and he hasn’t called me.

22 Dec 2022, 08:20I just followed up again on my refund and I was placed on hold for almost 20 minutes only to be told that there’s been a technical error and that my refund has been “reprocessed”. I will get my refund in the next 5-7 working days. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****
